General terms and conditions of sale

AG Transferts is a service provided by AUTO GO EURL with a share capital of 10,000,000.00 DZD.
Any order placed with AG Transferts implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale (below), which form an integral part of the transport contract signed between AG Transfer and its client.

RATES

The rates indicated by our reservation system are given as an indication only and may vary according to the period or time you require. To obtain confirmation of the rates, please request a quote.
The transfer fare applies to direct non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the arrival point, with the service ending immediately afterward.
The amount of luggage carried is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
Our prices are inclusive of 19% VAT on all our services.
The prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, driver service, insurance for the persons transported and fuel. Tolls and car parks not initially included in the itinerary remain the responsibility of the customer.
The price given corresponds to a price per vehicle, whatever the number of people.

BOOKING

CONCERNING PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFERS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

All services must be booked in writing, accompanied by payment of the price of the planned Service.
The price of the Service is payable in cash in Euros before the Service is carried out.
All reservations for a Service must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the Service.
It must be made by the Customer or by a duly authorized representative.
All reservations must mention the place where the Service is to be carried out, the number of passengers and the name and contact details of the beneficiary of the Service if this is different from those of the Customer.

CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR PERSONALIZED QUOTES, EVENTS AND CONFERENCES

As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a quote based on the information provided.
This estimate, as part of a confirmation of services, must be returned to us, dated, signed and accepted, and sent back by post or e-mail, in the interests of both parties.
The firm reservation of the vehicle for our services (PERSONALIZED QUOTATION REQUESTS, EVENTS, CONGRESSES) will only be taken into account on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the price indicated on the quotation, with the balance to be paid 15 Days before the service. For tourist and event transport, any cancellation by the customer must be notified 15 days before the start of the service.
For any booking cancelled less than 24 Hours before the service, 100% of the cost of the service will be invoiced. Reservations by agreement or otherwise will only be accepted for major accounts.

CANCELLATION

PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

Any cancellation of a Reservation must be notified 24 hours before the start of the Event. Failing this, and for any reason whatsoever, a fixed, non-deductible penalty equal to the amount initially set out in the Reservation will be payable.

SERVICE

The service is valid only once, and if it turns out that the customer is not present at the meeting point, the service will be definitively lost and will not give any right to reimbursement.
If the customer cannot find the driver, they must call AG Transferts immediately to avoid being charged the full amount of the service.
Any waiting time in excess of one hour will be charged at the hourly rate shown in our rates for the category of vehicle booked.
Any additional hour started will be charged in full.
Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
Seatbelts must be worn.
Under no circumstances may the customer require the driver to exceed the authorized speed limit or commit any traffic offense.
As our drivers are responsible for the duration of the vehicle hire period, they are instructed to respect and ensure respect for the laws in force.
AG Transferts reserves the right to interrupt the service in progress if the driver notices that the customer is committing an offense, for example the use of drugs or alcohol, or if the customer’s behavior endangers the safety of the driver or the rented vehicles, or if the customers are insulting to the driver.

DURATION AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

Unless otherwise agreed in advance by the Parties, the Service begins on the day and at the time set out in the contract when the Vehicle departs from the place where it is parked.
It ends on the day and at the time of the Vehicle’s return to the place of departure.
The scope and cost of the Service have been freely determined between AG Transferts and the Customer prior to the performance of the Service.
They appear on the contract signed by both Parties prior to the provision of the Service.
In particular, the Service includes, without prejudice to the options defined with the Customer:
– The Vehicle as made available to the Customer.
– The provision of a Driver.
– Insurance for the persons transported, Fuel, Kilometers and time determined at the time of Reservation and/or when the contract is concluded.
– Transport of the Customer’s luggage, within the limits of the vehicle’s capacity.
The Service does not include
– The cost of tolls, parking, parking areas or entry to any location chosen by the Customer and/or made essential for the performance of the Service.
– Entrance fees to public or other places chosen by the Client and/or made essential for the performance of the Service.
– Entrance fees to public or other places.

MODIFICATION(S) DURING THE SERVICE

Any change to the route made by the customer during the service and resulting in changes to the program may give rise to supplements to be paid on the spot or at the end of the service.
In the event of a change to the route or its duration due to the client, the driver will note this on his order form and have it signed by the person in charge. In the event of a change to the duration or route due solely to the wishes of the principal, the costs incurred will be borne by the latter.

PAYMENT

Our services are payable on booking, except for customers who have an account with our establishment.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or bank transfer.
In all cases, the Customer, who signs the reservation, is solely responsible for payment of the Service.
Any additional service will be invoiced on the basis of a Rate per kilometer and per hour specified on the order form.
By express agreement, any pricing unit (hour, kilometer, etc.) started is due.

CLAUSES LIMITING LIABILITY

AG Transferts cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: blocked roads, bridges closed to traffic, diversions, flooded roads, traffic jams, interventions on the road by police, customs or fire services, etc. (without this list being limited).
AG Transferts cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, terrorist attacks, riots, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
AG Transferts cannot be held responsible for delays resulting directly from a customer’s initial delay, or from the need to complete a journey, at the customer’s request, within a timeframe that is clearly too short.
In the event of the vehicle being immobilized during the journey due to mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, deterioration), AG Transferts will endeavor to ensure the continuity of the journey, either with one of these vehicles, or with a vehicle chartered from another company and undertakes to inform the client.
Luggage or any other object belonging to the customer remains the responsibility of the person being transported.
The Driver is obliged to comply with the various regulations applicable to vehicle traffic and, when carrying out the Service, to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of the occupants of the Vehicle and the good preservation of the Vehicle.
Accordingly, the Driver expressly reserves the right to refuse any instructions and/or requests from the Customer that he/she considers to be likely to compromise the safety of the occupants of the Vehicle and/or the good preservation of the Vehicle.
The number of authorized passengers (including the Driver) is that shown in the Vehicle’s technical specifications. It may never be exceeded.
Damage of any kind caused to the Vehicle and/or other vehicles (for example, when the doors are opened unintentionally) will be charged to the Customer unless it can be demonstrated that they are the fault of a third party.
The occupants of the Vehicle, the Customer’s employees, service providers and guests may not be considered as Third Parties.
The transport of animals is prohibited.
If the Company is unable to provide the Vehicle specified in the contract, the deposit will be refunded, unless both parties agree to provide another vehicle.
The company reserves the right not to provide the service in the event of force majeure, an act of God, the actions of a third party or any event that may present a risk to the Customer, their guests, their employees, the Driver or the Vehicle.
In this context, the total or partial non-performance of the service may not give rise to any compensation for the Customer.
The Company is under no obligation to keep the Luggage or any other objects, goods, clothing, effects, etc. left in the Vehicle during and at the end of the Service.

INSURANCE

AG Transferts’ liability is limited to the terms of our insurance contract.
Our vehicles are insured for the transport of people and our passengers for all bodily injuries with our insurer, insurance covering professional civil liability, in accordance with regulations.
The principal shall be free to take out additional insurance at his own expense to cover cancellation costs, repatriation costs or cover for transported luggage, without this list being exhaustive.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

AG Transferts is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers.
Nominative information and other data communicated will not be used for any purpose other than to improve the service provided and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties.

POLICE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS

The vehicle and the driver will be provided with the on-board documents required for the smooth running of the entire journey.
In accordance with current legislation, smoking is strictly prohibited in all public places on board our vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of the Drinks Consumption Act, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.
Seat belts must be worn by all passengers in vehicles fitted with this equipment.
