Taxi Algiers Airport is a service provided by AUTO GO LLC, a company with a share capital of 10,000,000.00 DZD. By booking with Taxi Algiers Airport, clients accept the terms and conditions outlined below, which constitute an integral part of the transport contract between AUTO GO LLC and the client.

Transfer pricing applies to direct trips without stops, from the pickup point to the destination, concluding immediately upon arrival.
Luggage capacity is subject to the vehicle’s storage capacity.
Prices include all taxes, with a 19% VAT applied to all services.
Pricing covers the vehicle, driver service, passenger insurance, and fuel. However, tolls or parking fees not included in the initial route plan are the client’s responsibility.
The quoted price applies per vehicle, irrespective of the number of passengers.

All services must be booked in writing and paid in advance in Euros.
Bookings should be made at least 24 hours before the service, including details such as service location, number of passengers, and beneficiary’s name (if different from the client).
Upon receiving a request, Taxi Algiers Airport will send a corresponding quote.
To confirm, clients must sign, date, and return the quote via email.
Firm bookings require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 02 days before the service.
Cancellations for tourism or event-related transport must be made 02 days before the service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will result in a 100% charge.
Private, business, and transfer services must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable penalty equal to the full booking amount.
Services are valid for one-time use. No-shows at the agreed location will result in a forfeiture of the service without a refund.
If clients are unable to locate their driver, they must contact Algiers taxi airport immediately to avoid incurring full charges.
Waiting times beyond one hour will incur additional charges as per vehicle category rates.
Smoking is prohibited in vehicles, and seat belts are mandatory.
Clients are not permitted to request drivers to exceed speed limits or violate traffic laws.
Service begins at the scheduled time and location stated in the contract and ends when the vehicle returns to its starting point.
Services include the vehicle, driver, passenger insurance, fuel, and predefined kilometers/time.
Tolls, parking fees, and entry fees are excluded unless otherwise specified in the booking.
Route changes may incur additional charges.
The driver will document route or duration changes, and clients will be required to sign for these changes. Resulting costs will be billed to the client.
Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless the client holds an account with Taxi Algiers Airport.
Payment methods accepted include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers.
Taxi Algiers Airport is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as road closures, adverse weather, or strikes.
Taxi Algiers Airport is not liable for delays caused by client tardiness or unreasonable time constraints.
Taxi Algiers Airport will endeavor to ensure service continuity in the event of vehicle failure or damage.
Taxi Algiers Airport liability is limited to the terms of its insurance contract, which covers passengers and vehicles for personal injuries. Clients may opt for additional insurance at their own expense.
Taxi Algiers Airport is committed to protecting client privacy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to enhance service delivery.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and exceeding passenger limits are strictly prohibited.
Drivers will refuse any instructions that compromise safety or vehicle integrity.
